Over more than 25 years, Ed has produced a wide array of corporate and investor materials, including: executive thought-leadership/op-ed columns, speeches, white papers, corporate brochures and websites, annual reports, and sustainability reports. He also has advised clients in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia on crisis and M&A communications strategies.
Ed has worked with such top-tier financial services clients as: AIG, Blackstone, BNY Mellon, Goldman Sachs, Springleaf Financial and Strategic Value Partners. Clients in other industries have included Anheuser-Busch Inbev, Cognizant, Diana Shipping, GE, Loews Corporation, Saks Fifth Avenue, Take-Two Interactive and Yahoo!.
Ed is the founder of Comm-Counsellors, a financial communications and investor relations consultancy. Previously, he was a senior communications executive and group leader for such firms as Euro RSCG, Hawthorn Group, Weber Shandwick, and Morgen-Walke Associates. He began his career in 1978 as the community reinvestment officer and, later, VP-Investor Relations for a major New Jersey savings bank.
A graduate of Yale University, Ed has taught financial PR and IR as an adjunct professor of the NYU School of Professional Studies and the graduate business program at Manhattanville College.
