Seth Linden’s extensive journalistic and PR agency experience drives results for our clients. President of the firm since 2014, he has a sharp focus on ensuring that the entire DLPR team delivers an exceptional client experience and meaningful business value, which has contributed to the firm’s growth and recognition as a PR industry leader.
Actively involved in moving client programs forward, Seth has provided strategic communications counsel, positioning, message development and crisis management for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to non-profit organizations. He also leads the firm’s media/presentation coaching practice and has helped CEOs, senior executives, analysts, economists and other industry leaders communicate effectively with the media, investors, new business prospects, and community and government audiences.
Before being named President, Seth led DLPR’s financial services practice, encompassing asset managers, investment banks, consumer financial and professional services firms. A former broadcast journalist who covered Capitol Hill for two NBC affiliates, Seth was also DLPR’s media relations director, guiding visibility strategies and regularly placing clients in national top-tier broadcast and print media.
Over the course of his career, Seth has worked with such highly-respected companies as BlueMountain Capital Management, Neuberger Berman and Raymond James. He has been a guest on CNBC, Bloomberg Radio, Wharton (University of Pennsylvania) Business Radio on Sirius XM and other influential media outlets, and has been quoted in financial and trade media on strategic communications issues. Under the leadership of Seth and Richard Dukas, DLPR was named to The Observer ‘s “2015 PR Power 50” ranking.
Seth and his wife have two daughters. He is a graduate of George Washington University and holds a degree in journalism. In his free time, he writes fiction and enjoys watching (and quoting from) classic movies.
