Ed has more than three decades of financial PR and investor relations experience, and is mainly responsible for providing DLPR’s clients with strategic communications advice, reputation/crisis management, and thought leadership content. Before joining DLPR, Ed founded Comm-Counsellors, a financial communications/IR consultancy. Previously, he was a senior executive at Weber Shandwick and Morgen-Walke Associates, after heading IR/PR at a major New Jersey bank. Over the course of his career, Ed has advised clients in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia on investor, M&A and crisis communications.
A graduate of Yale, Ed has been an adjunct professor at the NYU School of Professional Studies and the graduate business program at Manhattanville College. An avid fan of jazz, Ed believes that the ability to improvise is an invaluable skill — in both music and strategic communications.
