Richard sets the “tone at the top” of DLPR to ensure that clients receive unparalleled service.
He started the firm in 2002 after spending several years as the Director of Corporate Communications for a $9 billion tech asset management firm. Previously, he spent 13 years honing his media relations and financial communications skills at several of New York’s leading public relations firms including Ruder Finn and Morgen-Walke, which at the time was one of the industry’s largest investor relations firms.
Richard graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in finance and business administration. He is married with three wonderful children, who are now young adults. Richard is a passionate athlete, both on the field and off—go Yankees and Peloton!—and loves most forms of (good) music, from classical to jazz to reggae and rock, especially Bob Dylan.
