Richard sets the “tone at the top” of DLPR to ensure that clients receive unparalleled service. With 29 years of public relations experience, he has held managerial and executive-level positions at small, mid-sized, and large NYC-based agencies, including industry leaders Ruder-Finn and Financial Dynamics. Prior to launching DLPR in 2003, he spent two years as Director of Communications at a professional services / technology-focused asset management firm with $9 billion in AUM. Throughout his career, Richard has successfully developed and implemented high-visibility campaigns in the national, international and financial media for a variety of well-known clients, including: Raymond James, Eaton Vance, Neuberger Berman, BlueMountain Capital, Gabelli Funds, Roubini Global Economics, Virgin Atlantic Airways, and Teva Pharmaceuticals, as well as many emerging and mid-sized companies. He also has conducted campaigns on behalf of influential non-profit organizations, political groups and VIPs. Richard graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in business.

Seth’s extensive journalistic and PR agency experience drives results for our clients. President of the firm since 2014, he focuses on ensuring that the DLPR team delivers an exceptional client experience and meaningful business value. He is actively involved in moving client programs forward, through strategic communications counsel, message development, crisis management and media/presentation coaching for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to non-profit organizations. Before becoming President, Seth led DLPR’s financial services practice and was our media relations director. A former broadcast journalist who covered Capitol Hill for two NBC affiliates, Seth has been a guest on Bloomberg Radio, CNBC and other influential media outlets, and has been quoted in financial and trade media on strategic communications issues. Seth is a graduate of George Washington University with a degree in journalism. In his free time, he writes fiction and enjoys watching (and quoting from) classic movies.

Zach Liebowitz

Zach leads a team with an exceptional track record of scoring top-tier broadcast coverage for DLPR clients. Since joining DLPR in 2010, he has built our powerhouse broadcast operation, which secures an average of 60 segments per month for clients on major networks, including CNBC, Bloomberg and Fox Business Network, plus online and regional outlets. Along with DLPR’s president, Seth Linden, Zach leads media coaching sessions to prepare executives to deliver strong on-camera performances. He joined DLPR with more than a decade of print and broadcast experience, including Fox Business Network (FBN), where he was a TV guest booker and producer for its morning shows. Zach also has been an on-air broadcast journalist and producer for ESPN and began his career at ABC News in Washington, D.C. He holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from George Washington University and a master’s in sports management from Drexel University.

Stephanie Dressler

Stephanie provides clients with a West Coast presence and also specializes in business-focused social media and branding strategies. She leads a team serving several of DLPR’s marquee asset management accounts, taking a hands-on role in developing and advising on media relations, brand development and strategic positioning. Stephanie has more than a decade of experience in financial marketing and communications. Her client experience includes Raymond James, Standard Life Investments, Gabelli Funds, Brandes Investment Partners and Itau BBA. Prior to joining DLPR, she worked at strategic communications consultancy Montieth & Company, and earlier served in marketing communication roles at alternative investment management firm Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and investment research firm International Strategy & Investment. Stephanie has a B.A. in political science from the University of Central Florida and a M.S. in corporate communications from New York University.

Zach Kouwe

Zach helps lead DLPR’s asset management practice while assisting teams across the agency with high-level media, crisis communications, and content development. He works closely with our highest profile clients, including hedge funds, private equity firms and activist investors, to devise and execute strategic communications plans. He also counsels clients on transactions and litigation, and drafts thought leadership and other communications. Zach joined DLPR after nearly a decade as a financial journalist, most recently for The New York Times, where he covered hedge funds, M&A, private equity and white-collar crime. He was formerly the chief M&A reporter for the business section of the New York Post. Prior to that, he covered private equity for Dow Jones and previously worked for the Denver Post and Institutional Investor. Zach holds a B.S. in Economics and History from Hamilton College and an M.A. in Journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is an associate member of the New York Financial Writers Association.

Shree specializes in developing and implementing media engagement and branding campaigns on behalf of institutional and retail asset managers. Throughout his career, he has represented and managed campaigns for a variety of high-profile asset management and financial services companies, including: Raymond James, Eaton Vance, Schwab Advisor Services, Russell Investments, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Adams Street Partners. Prior to joining DLPR, Shree was a supervisor at The Neibart Group, a New York-based financial services communications consultancy. Shree began his career as a research analyst intern at Peak XV Capital, an emerging markets investment firm, where he focused on franchisee research and real estate valuation modeling. He is a Middlebury College graduate with a B.A. in economics.

Gail Katz Dukas

Gail is active “behind-the-scenes” at DLPR, managing the firm’s accounting and human resources departments, as well as its website. Prior to launching Dukas Public Relations with Richard in 2003, Gail ran her own copywriting consultancy. Previously, she was the staff writer at Hadassah—the educational and fundraising arm of the Jerusalem-based Hadassah Medical Organization, one of the world’s most renowned medical institutions. Earlier, she was the chief copywriter for Sterling Publishing (now a division of Barnes & Noble) where she wrote promotional copy and publicity materials for books on a variety of non-fiction topics. She was also an associate editor at Jason Aronson Inc., a leading Judaica publishing house. A member of Phi Beta Kappa, Gail received a B.A. degree with a major in general literature and creative writing from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Ed Nebb

With more than three decades of experience in corporate/financial PR and investor relations (IR), Ed is mainly responsible at DLPR for strategic communications counsel, crisis/reputation management, and creating influential thought leadership content for clients. Over his career, Ed has worked with such top-tier financial clients as: AIG, Blackstone, BNY Mellon, Goldman Sachs and SVP Global. Clients in other sectors have included Anheuser-Busch InBev, Cognizant, GE, Loews and Saks Fifth Avenue. Ed also has advised clients in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia on crisis and M&A communications. Prior to DLPR, Ed founded Comm-Counsellors, a financial communications/IR consultancy. Previously, he was a senior executive for Hawthorn Group, Weber Shandwick and Morgen-Walke Associates, after heading IR and PR at a large New Jersey savings bank. A graduate of Yale, Ed has been an adjunct professor at the NYU School of Professional Studies and the graduate business program at Manhattanville College.

Shaina Lamb specializes in creating and implementing strategic public relations campaigns for wealth and asset management firms as well as Fortune 500 companies. During her career she has represented high-profile clients including Raymond James, Charles Schwab, Citi, GE and Boston Consulting Group. Prior to joining DLPR, Shaina served in the financial services and corporate communications practices at Edelman, where she focused on media relations, investor relations, survey development, influencer engagement and event planning. Shaina began her career at Boston-based public relations firm Schneider Associates. She earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Michigan.

Jeff Siegel

Jeff has more than 20 years of experience in financial communications, providing strategic counsel, messaging, and high-level media relations, and consistently securing high-impact media placements on behalf of clients to help grow and enhance their brands. He has worked with a wide variety of financial services firms, such as hedge funds, banks, fintech, real estate and retirement firms, including Cantor Fitzgerald, Bank of the West, and Millbrook Capital Management. Jeff’s clients regularly appear in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, NY Times, Financial Times, CNBC, Fox Business and Bloomberg. Prior to joining DLPR, Jeff was president of Monarch Communications, a boutique financial PR firm, and previously held senior-level positions at both large and mid-sized agencies, including Edelman and Morgen-Walke Associates, and in-house at Champion Mortgage. Earlier in his career, Siegel was a financial reporter and editor at Fairchild Publications.

Sarah Lazarus

Sarah is a senior-level practitioner who manages and implements account relationships, strategy and day-to-day campaign tactics. She has more than 30 years of experience working with asset managers, wealth managers, permanent capital providers, strategic asset management consultants, and private equity and hedge fund firms. Sarah joined DLPR after co-founding and co-leading CL-Media Relations for more than 15 years. She started her career as a television reporter in Maine. Sarah holds a B.A. in American History from Middlebury College and an M.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. She serves on the board of directors of The Children’s Room, is a trustee at The Concord Museum, and a devoted a cappella singer. 

Judy Speicher

Judy works on the broadcast team at DLPR, securing media opportunities on major networks including Bloomberg, CNBC and Fox Business, as well as a host of new online networks like Cheddar TV and Yahoo Finance. Judy joined DLPR in 2017, bringing with her more than 25 years of New York radio and television news experience. She began her career as a communications director for several political campaigns and politicians. Judy holds a bachelors degree in International Affairs and Communications from George Washington University.

Ryan Dicovitsky

Ryan Dicovitsky

Vice President

Ryan supervises many of DLPR’s professional services accounts and also works closely with its special situations and broadcast teams, focusing on media relations and content creation. Prior to joining DLPR in 2014, he worked in higher education as an adjunct educator and coach of in public communications, advocacy, speechwriting, and rhetoric. Ryan previously worked in journalism and public affairs and holds a bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University.

Doug Allen

Vice President

Doug works in DLPR’s alternative and institutional asset management practice, where he specializes in private capital and fixed income clients. Previously, he had been with financial PR agency Stanton, following three years at BackBay Communications, and roles at the financial communications firm RB Milestone Group. Earlier in his career, Doug worked as a book publicist at February Partners and as a media relations consultant for Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He began his communications career as a marketing intern at the Metropolitan Opera. Doug is a graduate of Brown University.

Adam Dickter

Adam, who joined DLPR in 2014, has more than 30 years of media and PR experience. He began his career as a community news reporter and later worked as a correspondent for science and technology news publications and as a political columnist and an editor at <i>New York Jewish Week </i>, one of the country’s leading Anglo-Jewish media outlets. As part of DLPR’s professional services/B2B tech team, Adam regularly secures top-tier media exposure for a range of clients, including a prominent economic think tank, three Top 50 accounting firms, high-end management consultancies and fintech companies. He also helps clients write a variety of content including op-eds, personal essays and blog posts. Adam studied journalism at Brooklyn College and earned a B.A. from the City University of New York.
